Step 1
Select the Multiflow function on the oven (check that it corresponds to 180°C fan assisted) then, while the oven heats up, proceed with the preparation of the recipe.

Mash the peeled bananas with a fork, then mix well with 75 g of sunflower seeds and 100 g of brown sugar to create a sort of batter.
Step 2
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well.
Add the nuts and dark chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a plumcake mold lined with baking paper for 20 minutes. Check and cover with foil if the cake darkens too much.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3
Allow to cool slightly before slicing. It's delicious straight out of the oven, but develops a delicious gooey quality the next day.
