Clean the mushrooms, and remove the stalks. Combine the other ingredients together and fill the mushrooms. An extra tip: Add Parmesan cheese for more flavour.
Carefully clean the mushrooms, removing the stems. Chop the chilli, garlic and parsley finely and combine with the breadcrumbs.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and place them onto a lightly-greased oven tray.
