Salmon has a lovely delicate taste and adding some herbs enhances this flavour even more. The breadcrumbs make it nice and crispy.
This is a very quick salmon dish to prepare: just chop the herbs and mix with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Drizzle oil on the salmon fillets, then sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture and put on the Crisp plate. An extra tip: serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over once cooked.
Wash and dry all the herbs. Chop finely and put them in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything with together.
Grease the salmon and dab them in the herb breadcrumbs by covering the top, skin-free side.
