Delicious lamb chops with a beautiful Greek dressing a great summer's evening dinner.
Firstly prepare the mint sauce: chopped garlic, oil, lemon juice, shredded mint, salt and pepper. Then put the lamb on the Crisp plate, sprinkle with the mint sauce and bake in the microwave for a few minutes. An extra tip: you can serve with a few cloves of lemon to squeeze over.
Step 1
Put the crushed garlic, oil, lemon juice, shredded mint, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Smother the steaks in the sauce, then place on the exclusive Crisp plate. Leave to marinade for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the Crisp plate into the microwave. Select the Crisp function with Auto power level. Cooking time: 19 min.
