A classic american burger with the addition of some flavoursome blue cheese. Serve this in the summer with chunky chips and salad.
Season the mince and shape into burgers. Place on the Crisp plate, with the blue cheese on top. Slice the red onion and soak in balsamic vinegar, then add to the burger rolls, along with the tomatoes and peppers. An extra tip: add crushed garlic and chopped parsley to your burger mix for more flavour.
Mix the minced beef with the salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into burgers. Wash and cut the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Put the onions, peppers and balsamic vinegar into a pan and cook for a few minutes until they are browned and soft.
Cut the burger rolls and add the tomatoes, onions and peppers.
Place the Crisp plate into the microwave. Select the Crisp function with auto power level. Once cooked through assemble your burger and enjoy. Cooking time: 6 min.
