  • 500 ml beef stock
  • 400g cubed beef
  • 200g white onions
  • 250g white potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 vine tomato
  • 25g sweet paprika
  • 25g butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
Preparation - Beef goulash

Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes, finely chop the onion and pour both ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl with butter.

Step 2
Wash the peppers and the tomatoes, and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the vegetables and spices, pour the stock into the bowl and mix.

Step 3
Place the container into the microwave. Select the Microwave function with 750W power level . Cooking time: 18 min.
