Combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, berries and the seeds of the vanilla bean in a large bowl, pour the mixture and bake. An extra tip: replace the butter with sunflower oil for a lighter version.
Place the almond flour, melted butter, sugar, self-raising flour and the eggs in a bowl. Cut the vanilla bean with a knife and scrape the seeds from inside: add the seeds into the mix and whisk with an electric mixer.
Butter the crisp cake plate and dust it with flour, then pour half the mixture and smooth with a spatula. Add the berries and cover with the leftover mix.
Cover the cake with sliced almonds and dust with icing sugar.
Place the crisp cake plate into the microwave. Select the Crisp function with Auto power level.
